Our projects produced research and developed strategies and tools to meet the needs of the child care workforce and achieve related goals. Click on the titles of our projects for more information.

People are the main resource that ECEC employers have for delivering services. Planning how your organization will meet its current and future HR needs and how people will be supported and nurtured within your organization is critical for success. Organizations need to develop strategic HR goals that are aligned with the overall organizational vision, mission, values and objectives.

ECE Programs:
