How does someone in child care management end up as a union organizer?
All staff working with children in a licensed child care facility must be classified. There are four levels of Classification:

Child care is offered in a variety of settings and contexts. This section of the HR Toolkit provides a broad overview of unionized workplaces and HR implications.
